Picture yourself looking back over this next year. How does that look to you? You are currently in full control. Are you going to look back feeling proud of what you’ve achieved or reflecting on another year of ‘if onlys’ & ‘what ifs’. What will it be?

The answer to that should be simple, right? But it’s easy enough to put off things on your daily to-do list, never mind long-term hopes and aspirations, or even life-long dreams!

As the years sneak by, it’s easy to settle into the path you’re already on, unable to envisage an alternative way. First of all, give yourself a break - this is incredibly common. But with this awareness you now have, what are you going to do about it?

I work differently with everyone, simply because everyone I work with is different. I don’t follow any template as I don’t believe that one size fits all.

I respect my client as the expert in his or her life and work, and believe every client is creative, resourceful and has the ability to make a change given the right support and encouragement.

I won’t ask you to transform into something you’re not/don’t aspire to be. My role is to help you find the courage to live the life you really want, not the life you’ve fallen into or think you should have

But in general, expect lots of encouragement, support and the occasional kick up the bum. We’ll explore who you really are and fully understand why think and behave in certain ways, whilst looking at what you actually want from your life. Most importantly, we’ll focus on how you can start implementing changes that will make a real difference to your life and happiness. 

I work with clients via telephone, video calls or face-to-face. Video calls are obviously increasingly becoming the norm, but I’m more than open to meeting in person if time & logistics allow. 

Sessions usually last about 60 minutes. In the event that we are majorly productive and reach a conclusion sooner, we save that time for later use. If we are deep down into the process and go a little over the 1 hour mark, that’s ok too. I don’t book clients back-to-back.

PRICING

Although my coaching programmes are bespoke and tailored to suit individual needs (based on our initial consultation), research shows that at least 6 sessions are recommended to enable new ‘neural wiring’ (simply put: this means that new thought patterns will be more likely to stick). However, you may wish to start with three sessions to test the water and then add another three when you start to experience desired outcomes.

Programmes can range from 2 to 12 months, with weekly or fortnightly sessions either face-to-face or online. For the duration of the programme, I will be in your life, available for support between sessions.
