FAQs

+ How do I know if you are the right coach for me?

I always offer an initial complimentary exploratory session. This allows you to get a feel for my style, for me to understand a bit more about your expectations from coaching and for us both to feel comfortable that we will work well together.

Reading about how other coaching clients found their experience might also help you to decide. You can do that by clicking this full stop.here

+ What happens once we have agreed to work together?

Once we have agreed to work together, we can finalise the number of sessions required, how we will meet and fees.

+ How many sessions do you typically recommend?

A big part of the value of coaching is in the relationship we build together, so I would usually recommend a minimum of 6 sessions. However, our initial session will determine what is needed and help decide our plan.

+ How much does coaching with you cost?

Pricing details can be found under the 'Coaching' tab. Six sessions with me cost £680 in full or £340 split over two months.

+ What sort of people do I work with?

I have worked with a range of people, but all have had one thing in common: they recognised that they wanted more from life. They understand something needs to change in order to feel better about their lives, and they’re ready and willing to do whatever it takes to get there

I coach people who want to describe their life as more than just fine. They are switched-on and understand themselves well enough to know that the apathy or frustration they feel isn’t something that can easily be helped by a glass (or bottle) of wine.

I’m probably not for you if you’re expecting coaching to be a quick 5 step process. It’s not. Coaching with me goes deep, but it’s a safe place too. I put everything I have into the coaching process and I expect my clients to do exactly the same!

+ It seems like a big investment, how can I justify the cost?

How much did you spend on alcohol, eating out or takeaways last month? How often do you go on lavish shopping sprees or expensive holidays? How appealing is a nice, shiny (and pricey) new car?

While they look good and feel good at the time, the joy they may bring is temporary. And it’s not sustainable, financially or emotionally. Have a think about where you’re spending your money; are you investing in your future?

+ Where do the coaching sessions take place?

I am based in London, and have several meeting points should you prefer to meet in person. This is also my preference, where possible. However, I also offer zoom or phone based sessions too.

+ Is coaching confidential?

You can always expect complete confidentiality from me and I adhere to the Association for Coaches Code of Ethics.
